Same face, different name!
Desmond Bilsky is continuing to offer safety training in the Estevan area, and across the province. Based out of the Western Star hotel in Estevan, Sask regularly scheduled courses are offered on many topics for the oil and gas industry, and beyond.
Our Facility
Regularly scheduled course are hosted at the Western Star hotel in clean, bright, spacious conference rooms. Small classes(up to 12) are regularly hosted, but groups of up to 20 can be accommodated in the larger training rooms.
June 1, 2026-Opening day
